One-to-One during COVID19

I’m now back in my Castletroy office for one-to-one consultations on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with appropriate social distancing measures in place.

However if you prefer, I am still offering nutrition consultations by phone or video link. The initial appointment will take about an hour, could be up to an hour and a half. We will go through your diet history, current diet and any health issues or concerns. I will ask you for your height and weight (if you don’t have a scale at home, we can use your waist measurement instead for now) then we will discuss what changes you should make for your health. We will come up with a plan to suit you, your tastes and your lifestyle. The plan will be emailed (or posted) to you and will give you choices and portion sizes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.

My weight loss programme isn’t a ‘one size fits all’, it’s tailor-made for YOU. If you’re finding it difficult to lose weight or confused by all the dietary advice that’s out there, you probably need some help… In your consultation with me, we will take a look at what you’re doing, where you want to be and what’s the best way for you to get there.

No time for appointments?

If it’s difficult for you to attend personally, we can arrange online weight loss and nutrition consultations via Skype or a simple phone consultation to encourage you and keep you motivated. I will ask you to keep a diet diary (or tracker), email it to me and I will give you feedback and send you updated, personalised diet plans, recipes and tips to keep you on track. You will need to weigh yourself on a weekly basis if you are not attending in person.
