    Eatwise one to one weight loss programme

    My weight loss programme isn’t a ‘one size fits all’, it’s tailor-made for YOU. If you’re finding it difficult to lose weight or confused by all the dietary advice that’s out there, you probably need some help… In your consultation with me, we will take a look at what you’re doing, where you want to be and what’s the best way for you to get there.

    What to expect at your first consultation

    The first consultation will take about an hour and a half, we will go through your diet history, current diet and any health issues or concerns. You will be weighed with the professional Tanita Body Composition Analyzer Scale and we will set a first target for you, usually to lose 10% of your body weight over 2-3 months. Then we will come up with a plan to suit you, your tastes and your lifestyle. The plan will give you choices and portion sizes for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Products are available but there will be absolutely no pressure to include these in your plan – it can all be done with ‘real’ food! You’ll also take home recipes which are tasty, easy to prepare, and will be part of your plan.

    Ongoing support for your weight loss

    We will then meet regularly to suit your needs and follow your progress, you will learn how to manage when eating out, on holidays and in your general day to day life. Most importantly, you will learn to ‘eatwise’ and to keep the weight off once you’ve lost it! Follow on consultations can be in person or via Skype or a simple telephone call, backed up by email support. After you reach a healthy target weight you are entitled to free 6-weekly appointments to keep you on track.
