If it’s difficult for you to attend personally, we can arrange online weight loss and nutrition consultations via Skype or a simple phone consultation to encourage you and keep you motivated. I will ask you to keep a diet diary (or tracker), email it to me and I will give you feedback and send you updated, personalised diet plans, recipes and tips to keep you on track. You will need to weigh yourself on a weekly basis if you are not attending in person.
