    Feeling OK reduced carb pasta 50g

    Low carb, high protein pasta, high fibre. Great for Type 2 diabetics, and others on a low carb plan. Made in Italy. Only 7g slow releasing carbs per 50g (dry weight) serving compared to 31g in regular wholewheat pasta. Makes a meal in 15 minutes with a frozen veg stir-fry or serve with a vegetables and pesto or a chunky ratatouille. Cook as for regular pasta but for a little longer time, approx 15 minutes.

    INGREDIENTS: Wheat protein, Egg white, Whey protein, Pea protein, Wheat fibre, Wheat flour, Acacia fibre, Stabilising agents guar gum E412, Psyllium.

    NUTRITION INFORMATION per 50g serving: 170 kCal, Fat 1.5g of which saturates 0.27g, Carbohydrate 7.1g of which sugars 0.4g, Fibre 4g, Protein 30g, Salt 0.28g.

    ALLERGENS: Wheat, gluten, egg, milk. Produced in a factory that also uses lupine, nuts, sesame, oats and soy.
