    Feeling OK reduced carb pasta 50g


    Very high protein, high fibre, low fat, reduced carb, no added sugar, very low in naturally occurring sugars. Made in Italy. Only 7g slow releasing carbs per 50g (dry weight) serving compared to 31g in regular wholewheat pasta. Very filling, with 30g protein, that’s 5 times as much as in regular pasta and about the same as in 5 large eggs! Makes a complete meal with a vegetable sauce such as ratatouille. Suitable for low carb dieters (Atkins), low glycemic dieters, diabetics, and others. Made in Italy, cook as for regular pasta but for a little longer time, 12-15 minutes. Season well and serve with full flavoured tomato or vegetable sauce or pesto.


    INGREDIENTS: Wheat protein, Egg white, Whey protein, Pea protein, Wheat fibre, Wheat flour, Acacia fibre, Stabilising agents guar gum E412, Psyllium.
