“Hi there Eatwise… just a few words to say that finally after all these years I have found  a  “facilitator” that works for me… I have been so cheesed off over the years failing with various diets… and let’s face it, it becomes so boring…but going to Eatwise and with Anna’s encouragement and wisdom I have managed finally to eatwise! … and that’s the nub…Anna doesn’t put the emphasis on “dieting” but she does on your diet… it’s all about health, energy and wellbeing and the loss of weight is sort of incidental… it is exactly the approach that has worked for me… Thank you so much Eatwise and keep up the good work… Carole”
